Entire Ensemble: Seersucker Saturday!

I’m always excited to put together an Entire Ensemble post to show you that you can absolutely put together a gorgeous outfit without breaking the bank! Today’s Entire Ensemble is all about being pink and preppy this spring. So often putting a little prep in your step includes spending a fortune on polo shirts and all sorts of things with little logos on it! But, you can absolutely get an entire outfit for the same price as just one Lacoste shirt. Wow! I don’t know about you, but I prefer a whole outfit to one shirt! 🙂
Here’s what I came up with:
{If you want to see the image a little bigger, just click on it!}
As you can see, one of the things that comes to mind when I think of a preppy spring outfit is seersucker! And, I googled my little heart out for y’all and found this classy and pretty pink seersucker skirt from Orvis on sale for $34.00 (originally $60 buckaroos!) And, just as an aside, I have found very inexpensive seersucker at Marshalls so keep your eyes peeled! I paired it with a classic white tailored shirt from NY&C that is on sale for $13.49 (down from $26.99). Then, nothing wrong with a sweet little pair of gold embellished flip flops from Payless for only $10.00! No one will ever know! Seriously, the pair of sandals I get the most compliments on came from Wal-Mart! Too funny!
Lastly, it wouldn’t be a Budget Blonde post without a little vintage. I just adore that $4.99 pink pearl owl necklace from Etsy seller LightInYourBox! It really is the star of this show (although the shipping is a little steep on it)!
All together, this outfit would run you about $63.00 plus shipping and even less if you already own a white button down! Ahh…spring, please stop being such a tease and come and stay for awhile!
Has anyone else found some fabulous vintage or spring fashion eye candy lately? If so, send me some links! Happy Saturday!
